Shipping Policy
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping info is correct before submitting a final order.
TRAINWITHLEE, F/RM, is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or delivered to a location other than the one indicated, provided that the shipping address is correct on the order invoice.
Returned packages will be donated to charity or can be re-shipped for a $10 CAD re-processing fee paid by the customer.
Packages that are returned due to incorrect shipping address will pay fees to TrainWithNickiLee@gmail.com through PayPal or Interac E-Transfer within 10 business days.
TRAINWITHLEE, F/RM, is not responsible for shipping delays.
What do I need to know before ordering?
All sales are final.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for T-Shirt orders to be processed, printed, and shipped. All shipments receive tracking-numbers and are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS), interconnected with Canada Post for Canadian orders. Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers are issued via email, TRAINWITHLEE, F/RM, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages ( including labels not scanned by USPS or Canada Post.)
F/RM, is not responsible for any duties that may be incurred on delivery.
How may I check the status of my order?
Please ONLY inquire about the status of your order if eight (8) weeks or more has passed since your order was placed. Email TrainWithNickiLee@gmail.com team directly, anytime! No question is too small. Please allow two (2) business days for a response to your inquiry.
*A business day is considered every official working day of the week: Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may ONLY be cancelled for a full refund within 8 hours of your purchase.

If your order was placed via Paypal, your funds will be returned to you in the same fashion.

If your order was placed via credit card, once the funds have cleared, your funds will be refunded to your card.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
They suck! I know! Major companies usually have an insurance policy for these types of things. As a, humble building business , These types of losses are insured under the shipping carrier. TRAINWITHLEE, F/RM, is not responsible for packages lost or marked delivered by the United States Postal Service or Canada Post. If you suspect that your package has been stolen, and your tracking number says delivered, please contact your local USPS or Canada Post Branch and file a claim.
